The main bedroom - a king size bed for the big and tall, or just those who like a bit of extra room. This room with its adjoining ensuite was added to the house just a few years ago. As you can see, a beautiful space to relax in and wake up in. This painting is a special commission created by artist Sharon Peterkin. It's of the Guilderton caravan park and village with Sharon's special perspective. A few vintage caravans feature, as well as the iconic pelicans you'll find on the foreshore. The 'Terracotta' queen room . We've purchased the same comfy mattresses for all the beds - tried and tested by me (with a 'bad back'). They're called the Englander Seattle by Beds n Dreams. (Everyone asks...) Fluffy towels for each guest too! We love art. We chose beautiful Peytil prints for the Terracotta room. Hope you like them. This room also has air conditioning ☺️ Luxurious linen, fluffy doonas, room darkening blinds and curtains; combined comfy brand-new mattresses makes for a glorious night's sleep. Being coffee addicts ourselves, we got the latest Nespresso Vertuo machine. It takes the bigger capsules and knows exactly how much water to put in by the barcode on the pods. Clever huh? We'll supply some pods, but best to bring some too. Our brand new kitchen. Shiny gloss cupboards and lots of soft closing drawers to put all your stuff in. We keep pantry essentials on hand - just in case. It's pressed tin and we love it. Easy to keep clean and easy on the eye too. 900mm oven to manage the biggest roast dinner. Our brand new kitchen features a 900mm electric stove/gas cooktop, 5 stage water filter, giant fridge with ice maker, cold water dispenser and Miele dishwasher. Add in breadmaker, toastie machine, rice cooker, brilliant knives and you're all set! And don't worry - those knives are pretty damn sharp. We sharpen them every time we go up. Don't you hate it when there's no sharp knives??? This painting is of Kalbarri - another place close to our hearts. It's by artist Paul Lucas. Nice to look at while you're cooking dinner, that's for sure. Comfy chairs for your observers to keep you company while you cook! The lovely sea breeze comes in these windows. Our dining table seats 6, but slide it open, slip in the extra leaf and grab the extra chairs for a comfy dinner for eight! See, smell and hear the ocean... Need a break from cooking? Glance over, take a sip. This photo is taken from in front of the sink in the kitchen 🙂 Ensuite bathroom with tiles up to the ceiling and quality towels. Afterall, we use them too (and I'm addicted to good quality linen and towels). Yes, Moore to Sea has her own stationery! We're in the printing game, so couldn't help it. But the coasters not only protect our Scandi furniture, they're nice to take home and remember us by too 😉 If it's too chilli to enjoy the sunset outside, enjoy it from the inside. I'll sit here thanks! The front of the house with that expansive front deck. Please keep the kids from exploring underneath the house. We are surrounded by bush... Lighting, comfort, power boards for charging -- we've tried to think of everything. I bought these cute pouffes in Ikea. I think they're perfect for kids and teens to chill. Nice soft rug to stretch out on too and rails behind the doors for towels. En-suite bathroom - addition to the house along with the main king bedroom only a couple of years ago. We're SO close. Not only to all the action down by the river and on the beach, but to the cafe (re-opening January 2022 I'm told) and the Country Club too. Dining for 6 or 8 with the additional table leaf. “Guildy” custom original painting by artist Sharon Peterkin for you to enjoy in our main bedroom. Main bathroom. Right near the bunk room. Close the luxurious thermal curtains and it becomes warm and cosy too! Guildy sunsets are legendary. This is how they look from our front deck. Not kidding. You won't get tired of it...(we don't). I've set this room up for women to comfortably sleep for girls' weekends or teenagers to 'hang'. With the same Englander mattresses as in all the rooms on the bottom and high end memory foam on the top - everyone will be comfy. Promise. My dad made me this pair of adirondack chairs and the table out of jarrah for my birthday. They're so comfy. It's so nice sitting there having a G&T and relaxing while watching the sun go down. Main bathroom - quality towels are included in your stay. Main bathroom. We keep one of the extra chairs for the dining table in here too. It’s handy for putting your clothes on while you shower... The bunk room will also be airconditioned by summer 2022. We considered changing this old shower head, but after having a shower in there I changed my mind quick smart - it’s a beauty! This is one of our unbreakable drinkware champers glasses. Champagne wasn't bad either... Comfort is our main priority.... The telly's nice and big. 65 inches with the latest software and apps with a Bose soundbar which sounds a-mazing! Everything's run from it. Use the house Spotify & Netflix accounts, but you can log into your own Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. to pick up where you left off too. View to the mermaid or sunroom, taking in the original painting of Kalbarri by artist Paul Lucas and wall plaque vase by artist Sharon Peterkin. This would've been the original front bedroom and window of the beach house. Left in place with the first extension, which enclosed the verandah and made a lounge space. This means our dusky pink room has river and ocean views too. The front of the house with that expansive front deck. Welcome to Moore to Sea… The mermaid room or sun room. Glorious on winter mornings. Many a luncheon has been had on this deck. We do have a full range of very high quality unbreakable drinkware including champagne, martini, spirit & highball. We chose this to avoid broken glass on the deck & falling through too. However, for the purists we have stemless wine & champers glasses. Ceiling fans all through the house mean you rarely need to turn on the aircon. But if it's hot, go for it. Take a nice pic? Tag us on Instagram @mooretosea Hanging space in each of the bedrooms. This is the main bedroom with a king size bed, luxurious bamboo doona, crisp cotton sheets and art by Sharon Peterkin. When I unpack my eski of food, the first thing I look for is a fruit bowl. You can see it from the front three bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen and of course the best one is from the front deck. This pic is from the Dusky Pink room. Front loading Meile Washer & Dryer (but if you want to relax and leave it all until you get home – we won’t judge you!) Sheltered from the wind, enjoy barbecuing on the back deck. Main bathroom. The mermaid room is adjacent to the bunk room which is next to the bathroom! Wander down the hill to the foreshore pretty much any evening and you can take pics like this too. Taken on my iPhone. #nofilterneeded The front of the house. Lots of room on the front deck for balmy summer nights listening to the ocean. Close the curtains and cozy up... En-suite bathroom. If it's windy out the front, it's protected out the back. Which is why we have another big table with shade and the BBQ. That gorgeous white sand and aqua ocean with few people - even in peak season there's no crowds. Take plenty of long walks and breathe in the ocean air. It's just glorious. Welcome! Apparently it's bad feng shui to have a mirror facing the front door -- so I put it next to the door. Check your hair before heading to the Country Club? It's just behind us... literally 5 mins walk.
